Creative Aluminum was created by Mike Marshall in Tucson, Arizona during 1991 after 20 years of learning the trade. We have professionally experienced employees with great knowledge about the product and service we provide for our customers. Our mission is to provide the best possible service to our customers and maintain a long lasting relationship.

Meet Our Team of Experts!
Michael Marshall
Mr. Marshall has been in this industry since he was honorably discharged from the Navy 1980, after serving 6 years. Mr. Marshall and his wife, Roxanne Marshall created Creative Aluminum after gaining years of experience working in this industry for other companies in Phoenix and Tucson. Mr. Marshall was has also been member of the Arizona Manufactured Housing Committee advocating change industry wide to provide more efficient procedures and regulations ultimately making products more affordable for customers. Outside of Creative Aluminum, Mr. Marshall is an avid angler and loves fishing for that unattainable 10lb largemouth bass.
Austin Allshouse
Mr. Allshouse, father of 4, has been in this industry since 2006. As Foreman, Mr. Allshouse has extensive experience in erecting and estimating all products and installations Creative Aluminum offers. His knowledge and craftsmanship, coupled with his ability and desire to please each customer, makes him an absolute asset to Creative Aluminum. After schooling, Mr. Allshouse became an avid ATV racer who enjoyed the trills and adrenaline of competition.
Nick Marshall
Mr. Marshall, a husband and father to a daughter, has been working with Creative Aluminum since he was a freshman in high school. As a skilled foreman and estimator, he continuous to lead Creative Aluminum in developing more efficient installation and training procedures. Growing up, Mr. Marshall was a talented athlete, representing the United States in the U-18 World Cup in Spain, winning club and high school state championships, and going to be a division one athlete at UNLV until he graduated. Mr. Marshall has a passion for sports and cheering on his alma mater.
Roxanne Marshall
Mrs. Marshall, a co-found, has been responsible for ensuring all office duties and book work gets completed properly. As a grandmother of 6, Mrs. Marshall still assists Creative Aluminum’s office work. In addition to Creative Aluminum, Mrs. Marshall has been in the daycare field for over 30 years as she has a passion for raising children.
Kyle Gordon
Mr. Gordon, a soon to be father, has been in this industry since 2012. He has experience as foreman erecting a vast majority of all products Creative Aluminum offers. Mr. Gordon has a reputation for his hard work and his excellent attention to detail. As an avid sportsman and archer, Mr. Gordon enjoys the beauty of the outdoors and wildlife.
Joshua Marshall
Mr. Marshall, a father of 2, has been working with Creative Aluminum since a freshman in high school. Mr. Marshall has experience as a foreman and now manages the Creative Aluminum’s daily operations. As a result of Mr. Marshall’s dedication to Creative Aluminum over the last few years, we have been able to acquire great talent and streamline production procedures across the board. Outside of work, Mr. Marshall enjoys golfing with this family and fly fishing streams in Colorado.
